We have recruiting teams in LATAM, SE Asia, the US and Canada who are sourcing, evaluating and vetting for professionals who are the best at what they do and will represent your business just as you would. We are NOT a high volume outsource firm that places mediocre talent to fill a role. We focus on hiring the best professionals and pay them very well.

Founder

Tim is a seasoned operator and investor having spent ~20 years in various roles across corporate finance, strategy, M&A, and venture capital at firms including JP Morgan, SoftBank, Arm Holdings, RPM Ventures and others. He has also owned and run several small businesses ranging from civil construction to e-commerce and is an active angel investor in many others. He has a love for both large and small business along with building high performing teams that work hard and importantly, also have fun.

He started Bullpen Talent after experiencing the challenges of trying to hire and build teams using remote talent firms. Most often, his experience was low cost and low quality. Bullpen Talent aims to change that and create a reliable, yet highly cost effective solution for businesses who want to build high performing, remote teams.

Tim has a MBA from UC Berkeley, a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen's University.
